Jim Lauderdale was in the Big Lebowski? was he bowling in the next lane? I only remember Bridges, Goodman, and Buschemi bowling together.

I only know of Lauderdale through Donna the Buffalo because I have a friend that's a big fan

oh yeah! I totally remember that now. He's been in something else if I remember. I dig some of his music too. He's got that old timey 20's sound thing going.

Indeed he does...as Earl pointed out, Declan Patrick Aloyisous McManus (real name) is doing pretty darn good for himself.

Elvis is also a classy dude who writes some of the best songs since Dylan and LOVED Jerry (find his comments on the old "Deadicated" CD...does a kick ass version of "Loser" too, as well as a great Ship of Fools>Must have Been the Roses medley.

And clearly, given his shacking up w/Ms. Krall, is no fool.
